The Contract

As Agreed:

A Non-refundable fee of £300 + VAT  to start the sale process as purchased via the website.
2.5% commission (of sale value) + VAT paid immediately upon completion.

Clause(s):

Clause 1: The seller will pay commission to the broker with no time limit with respect to any party that the broker has introduced to the seller.
Clause 2: The seller will pay the commission to the broker even if the business sale has been done without the knowlegde of broker or its involvement in the sale process. This clause will be valid for one year from the date this contract has been signed.
Clause 3: If the seller has multiple practices and in future decides to sell another practice(s) to the same buyer that the broker has previoulsy arranged a sale with then then seller will be also pay the commision to the broker with no time limit.
Clause 4: The seller will personally be responsible for commission to be paid to the broker once the business has been sold or transfered to another buyer.
